Sausages- 300 gm
Rosemary leaves- 10
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce- 2 tablespoon
Garlic- 3 cloves
Butter- 40 gm
Corn flour- 2 tablespoon
Whole milk- 300 ml
Salt- as per taste
Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the sausages, take it out to the bowl, take out the skin of it, now shred the meat with the spatula, season it with the salt and pepper, now take the rosemary leaves, chopped it and mix it with the sausage, add the soy sauce to it, mix all the things well and then leave it for sometime, so that it will get marinated.
Now take the onions , peel it and chopped it very fine, now do the same with the garlic also, take the skillet, add the butter cube in it, now add the garlic first, fry it for about the 10 seconds, as the garlics are golden brown, add the chopped onions in it, again fry it for 1 minute over the low heat, now take out the marinated sausage from the bowl and add this to the skillet.
Take the folk and tore the meat into pieces, fry the sausage for about the 10 minutes and keep on stirring so that the sausages will not get burnt, as the color of the sausages change to the brown, add the white wine to it, now leave the mixture, so that all the wine will be evaporated, then take it out and transfer it to the separate bowl.
Take the bowl, add the corn flour to it, add little bit of the milk to it, now whisk it so that there will not be any lumps in it, now take the blender, add the chopped ginger and the rosemary leaves in it, add little bit of the olive oil to it, now make the smooth paste of it, mix this paste to the flour mixture, whisk all the things well.
Take the same skillet, put it on the low heat, now add the mixture in it, stir the mixture gently, so that the mixture will get cooked and there will be a nice smell coming out of it, add the sausage to it, fry the sausages again in the mixture, as the oil is coming out, add the milk in it, season it with the salt and pepper, cover the lid and then cook it for 20 minutes over the low heat, stir the mixture meanwhile, so that it will not stick to the bottom.
Now take the bowl, add the white sausage gravy in it, now take the fresh coriander leaves and then add this to the bowl, served it with the rosemary leaves. The delicious rosemary sausage gravy is ready to eat.
