Delicious Sour Cream Banana Bread

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 35 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

All purpose flour- 150 gm
Granulated sugar- 75 gm
Active dry yeast- 1 packet
Lukewarm water- 100 ml
Butter- 75 gm
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Eggs- 2
Sour Cream- 2 tablespoon
Banana- 2
Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the lukewarm water in the jar, add little bit of the sugar in it, add 1 tablespoon of the dry active yeast in it, take the spoon and mix all the yeast in the water, make sure the yeast should be dissolved nicely in the water, leave it at the room temperature for some time, so that there will be white bubbles at top of the water.

Step 2

Place a sieve on the bowl, in a separate bowl, mix the sugar and the all purpose flour, add this on the sieve and then slowly sieve the whole mixture to the bowl, make sure that the flour will not come out of the bowl.

Step 3

Now you need to take the 2 eggs, crack it into the bowl, take the lemon and add the zest in it, add 2 tablespoons of the sour cream in it, now take the hand blender and blend the whole mixture so that there will be soft peaks developed in the egg mixture.

Step 4

Take the small butter cubes, add this to the flour mixture, crumble the flour with the help of the using the soft hands, as you get the breadcrumb consistency, add the yeast mixture in it, mix all the things gently and get a lumps free mixture, add the egg mixture in it, mix all the things well to get the dough of custard consistency, now you need to take the banana, peel it and cut the slices of it, mix it with the mixture, mash the banana in the dough with the kitchen masher, cover the bowl with the cling film and leave it for some time, so that the volume of the dough will be increased.

Step 5

Now you need to take the bread baking tin, take the brush, dip it in the melted butter, now brush the walls of the baking tray, now dust the flour on the surface of the baking tin, take the mixture and pour it into the baking tin, tap it slightly, so that there will be even surface, place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes, so that the bread will be baked.
