Corn flour- 4 tablespoon
Wheat flour- 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese- 30 gm
Parmesan cheese- 30 gm

Methods Of Preparation:
First you need to take the bowl, add the corn flour, wheat flour, add the turmeric powder, crushed carom seed, add little bit of the oil in it, now knead it by using warm water, the dough should not be much tight, place the clean film on the bowl and rest it for about the 30 minutes, now again grease your palm with the oil and then again knead the dough.
Now make small balls from the dough, now place this on the board and then roll it as thin as possible and make the circular disk, make hole in it by the folks, now with the pizza cutter, cut it in the shape of the small triangles, now take the deep frying pan, add the cooking oil to it, now add the nachos in it, fry the nachos, so that there will be a nice golden color on it, take it out to the tissue paper and soak out the oil in it.
Now take the black beans in the bowl, clean it in the running water, now place this on the low heat, add the water to it, season it with the salt and pepper, leave it for about the 10 minutes, so that it will be partially cooked.
