Preparation Time- 10  Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 3

Ingredients:

Mushrooms- 200 gm
Garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as per your taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Spinach- 200 gm
Butter- 40 gm
Feta cheese- 100 gm grated
Egg- 4 beaten
Double cream- 100 ml
Parsley- 2 sprigs chopped
Chili flakes- 1 teaspoon

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the mushrooms, clean it and peel it slightly with the sharp knife, now cut it into half and then slice it as fine as you can, now take the bowl, add oil to it, add the mushrooms to it, add the garlic paste to it, season it with the salt and pepper, toss all the things gently and leave it for sometime.

Step 2

Now take the skillet, place it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, raise the heat to the high and place all the mushrooms in it, fry it all for about the 10 minutes, so that there will be nice texture to the mushrooms, keep on stirring while mushrooms are frying.

Step 3

Now take the bowl, add the water to it, add the salt and pepper to it, add few drops of the olive to it, leave it to boil, now clean the spinach, make sure that there will not be any holes in it, cut the leaves of it, now place this to the boiling water, cover the lid and cook it for about the 5 minutes, as the volume of the spinach is about the half, then take it out, drain the water, allow it to cool, now chopped it into big chunks.

Step 4

Now take bowl, crack 4 eggs in it, beat it as the bubbles are there in the egg mixture, add the double cream to it, now mix it gently, take the baking tin, grease it with the olive oil, add the spinach first, now add the mushroom mixture on the top of it, grate the feta cheese on it, spread a thick layer of the cheese, now pour half of the egg mixture on the top of it, give it a nice tap, so that egg mixture will go inside to the spinach.

Step 5

Now place this inside the oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 15 minutes, now take it out, sprinkle the chopped parsley leaves on it, now pour the remaining mixture on the top of it, again grate the feta cheese on it, now place it again on in the preheated oven at the 180 degree Celsius for about 5 minutes only.

Step 6

Now take it out and carefully transfer it to the serving plate, now cut it into slices, sprinkle chili flakes on the top of it and then served it with the butter on the top. The dish is ready to eat.
