This is the tasty dish and it is easy to cook in the kitchen, in this we first we cook the flour in the melted butter, then we add the double cream and the grated cheese to it, then we add the cinnamon powder to it and cool it down, then we clean and marinate the steak with the pepper and salt, we add the olive oil and basil leaves in the piping bag, then we cook it in the boiling water, we roast the skin of it in the butter, we bake it and cut it into slices, then we add this to the dip and served it.

Methods Of Preparation
First you need to take the bowl, grate the cheese in it, now take the pan, put it on the low heat, as the pan is hot, add the butter cubes to it, melt it, add the flour to it, with the help of the whisker, whisk it nicely for about the 1 minutes.
As the flour is getting golden brown and the smell is coming out from it, add the double cream to it, slowly and whisk the mixture continuously, make sure that there should not be any lumps in it.
As the smell of the cooked cream is coming out from the mixture, add the onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder to it, mix all the things well and cook it again for about the 3 minutes, now add the grated cheese to it, mix all the things well and leave it for about the 5 minutes, so that all the cheese will get melted.
Mix all the things well, add the cinnamon on the top of it, now place this inside the refrigerator for about the 1 hour, so that all the things will get set, now you need to take the steak, clean it properly, season it with the salt and pepper to the both sides.
Place this to the piping bag, add the olive oil to it, add basil leaves to it, now carefully place this inside boiling water for about the 30 minutes, now take it out from the piping bag and rest it for sometime.
Take the skillet put it on the low heat, add the butter to it, now as the butter is melted, add the same basil leave to it, place the steak to the pan and fry it for 5 minutes, so that there will be a nice and crispy texture on the top of it, now flip to the other side and then fry it again, make sure that the basil leave is under the steak while frying.
Take the steak to the baking tray, place this inside the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for about the 40 minutes, now take it out and cut it into thin slices, add the chopped parsley on the top of it, now take out the queso dip from the refrigerator, place it inside the microwave for about the 50 seconds, so that it will become hot.
Transfer this dip to the serving bowl, add the steak to it, pour the juice from the baking tray and served it. The dish is ready to eat.
