Recipe To The Delicious Sweet And Sour Ham Ball Stir Fry At Home

This is a delicious dish for you and it is easy to cook, in this dish, first we boil the chicken, in the water, onions, soy sauce and then we drain it and get the thick paste of it, then we mix the ground beef, ham, milk, egg and make the balls of it, bake it and fry it in the cooking oil, then we fry the chopped pepper, onions, garlic, we add the pineapple juice and chicken juice in it with the corn starch, then we served all the things well.

Sweet And Sour Ham Ball Stir Fry

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Oil- 50 Minutes
Serves- 4

Ingredients:

Chicken- 200 gm
Ground Ham- 300 gm
Ground Beef- 200 gm
Milk- 200 ml
Egg- 3
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Garlic- 4 cloves
Onion- 1
Red pepper- 1
Yellow pepper- 1
Green pepper- 1
Cooking oil-400 ml
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Thyme- 2 springs
Pineapple juice- 100 ml
Corn starch- 2 tablespoon
Parsley- 2 tablespoon chopped
Salt- as per taste
Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

First you need to take the red, green and yellow bell pepper, cut it into slices, now chopped it very fine, take the onions, peel it and cut it into thin slices, take the garlic, crushed it, peel and dice it very fine.

Step 2

Take the chicken, clean it properly, take out the meat of it, now take the deep bowl, add the water in it, add few drops of the oil to it, put it on the low flame, add the quarter dice onion to it, add 2 cloves of the garlic in it, add soy sauce to it, add the chicken pieces to it, cover the lid and cook it for about the 30 minutes.

Step 3

Now remove the lid, drain the juice of the chicken, put the juice again on the low flame and boil it for about the 10 minutes, so that there will be a nice thick consistency, place this inside the refrigerator and cool it down.

Step 4

Now take the ground ham and the ground beef, place this in a deep bowl, add 3 beaten eggs in it, season it with the pepper, add the milk to it, now mix all the things well and make a soft dough of it, now grease your hands with the oil, now take out a small part of it, roll it and place this to the baking tray, now do this process for all the meat mixture.

Step 5

Place this inside the oven for about the 20 minutes at 180 degree celcius, take it out, take the skillet, place it on the low heat, add cooking oil to it, add the balls to it and fry it nicely, take it out to the other plate and tap it with the kitchen cloth.

Step 6

Now take the same skillet, add the oil to it, add the garlic to it, add the onions and the chopped pepper in it, fry it for sometime, add little bit of the corn starch to it, cook it for about the 1 minutes, now add the pineapple juice in it, add the chicken juice to it.

Step 7

Leave the mixture for about the 5 minutes, so that all the things will be cooked nicely, now add the ham balls in it, add chopped parsley and thyme in it, mix all the things, leave the mixture for about the 5 minutes. Now take the bowl, add the ham balls in it, add 1 butter cube in it as the butter is melted, served it. The dish is ready to eat.
