It is an easy recipe to cook at home, for this recipe we need to clean the chicken wings first, we marinate it with the yogurt, pepper and chili, we refrigerate it and we add the corn starch it, then we bake it in a preheated oven, then we cook the brown rice in the flavor of many listed spices, we boil the raspberry jam in the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic, we make it thick, we pour the sauce on the wings and the rice and served it.

Preparation Time- 25 Minutes
Cooking Time- 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Chicken Wing- 10
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Raspberry jam- 2 tablespoon
Water- 1 cup
Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Corn starch- 2 tablespoon
Yogurt- 2 cups
Freshly grated ginger- 1 tablespoon
Freshly grated garlic- 1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Butter- 2 tablespoon
Method Of Preparation-
First take chicken wings, trim its fat with sharp knife, then wash it in cold running water for 3 to 4 times, ensure that all blood or girt will remove from it, then dry the chicken by using a paper towel. Now lets marinate it for this put the chicken wings in large bowl, add 2 cup of yogurt, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder and pinch of salt, mix it well and put it in refrigerator for 50 minutes.
Now preheat the oven for 15 minutes to 350 degree F, then cover the baking tray with aluminium foil and grease it with oil. Take off the chicken bowl from refrigerator and dust the wings with the corn starch properly so that each piece of chicken get coated evenly with the corn starch. Further place the chicken wing in a baking tray and put it in preheated oven and bake it for 50 to 60 minutes, when the chicken look crispy and light golden brown then take it out from oven and keep it warm.
Now take 2 cups of brown rice, soak it in water for 2 hours, then place a fry pan over the low heat, pour 2 tablespoon of olive oil, as the oil in pan becomes hot, add 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 2 teaspoon of pepper corn and 3 star anise into it, saute for 10 sec until a nice aroma will come from it. Further add 1/2 cup carrot, 1/4 bell pepper and chopped radish into it, tender all ingredients in a pan for 15 seconds, then add soaked brown rice. Add 2 cups of water into it, give a nice stir and cook it for for 15 minutes.
Mean while lets prepare the delicious raspberry balsamic chicken sauce, for this take small sauce pot, put it on medium heat, add 2 tablespoon of raspberry jam, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon grated ginger and garlic into it. Mix all ingredients together properly until they dissolve completely, make sure that there will not be any lumps in it, boil it for 10 minutes by string it continuously.
When the sauce turn into a thick syrup then mix 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter into it, turn off the burner and let it cool. Now put rice in large bowl, place the crispy chicken over it, pour the raspberry balsamic sauce evenly over the chicken wings and rice and garnish with the roasted onion to enjoy it.
