Walnuts- 2 cups roasted
Zucchini squash- 2 peeled

Method Of Preparation:
First take 4 cups of all purpose flour in large bowl, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 baking soda into the bowl, by using whisk give it a nice stir, so that all ingredient in the bowl should be nicely mix with each other, then strain this mixture into another bowl and put is aside.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to about 360 degree F for 15 minutes. Now take 2 cups of sugar into another small bowl, pour 1 cups of vegetable oil into it, mix it well. Now add white portion of 2 egg and 3 egg yolk, whisk them properly, until mixture look fluffy then add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and 2 tablespoon cinnamon into it, mix them again for 2 minutes and set this a side.
Take 2 zucchini squash, wash them with water, remove the seeds with the help of spoon, then grate them until you get 2 cups of zucchini. Now add shredded zucchini into the cinnamon and sugar mixture, mix all ingredients nicely. Further into the flour mixture pour this zucchini mixture, stir them gently until the flour and zucchini incorporated.
Take 1/4 cup of full fat greek yougart, pour it into the zucchini batter, mix it gently. Now pour the zucchini batter into the loaf pan then place it into the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius and cook it for 55 minutes.
