Dry pasta-500 grams
Butter- 3 tablespoons
Garlic cloves- 3 minced
Flour- 3 tablespoons
Chicken broth- 1 cup
Half and half- 2 cups
Salt- ½ teaspoon
Pepper- ¼ teaspoon
Cayenne pepper- ¼ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes- ¼ teaspoon
Parmesan cheese- ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese- 2 cups divided
Fresh, chopped parsley-1 or 2 tablespoons
Fully cooked sausage any variety- 1 (12 ounce)

Cooking Method:

Step 1

Read the guideline in the package and cook pasta accordingly. Drain and keep aside.

Step 2

Take a large skillet and pour butter, melt it over medium heat. While melting is going, add garlic cloves, till it turns fragrant in 1 to 2 minutes. Then add flour and stir.

Step 3

Take a bowl; add the chicken broth and whip. Continue cooking till chicken broth gets smooth and mix half and half, mix all well.

Step 4

Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes in the order. Cook, till the sauce, thickens in five minutes.

Step 5

Add one cup of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, blend them till the cheese melted fully.

Step 6

Meanwhile cut the sausage into ¼ inch pieces and mix with the sauce. Also, add cooked pasta and chopped parsley. If require add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Step 7

Preheat the broiler and take a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the pasta mixture. Top with balanced mozzarella cheese.

Step 8

Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or till the cheese turns golden and bubbly.

Serve once the heat is down.
