Broccoli may be disliked by the children due to some unknown reason. But it is one of the healthiest veggies of this planet. It fights common health problems like obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Researchers have shown that regular eating of broccoli saves you from different types of cancer especially colon cancer, pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer of men. It is also a good thing for breast cancer in the case of women. It improves bone health and the antioxidant property of broccoli help you look young for a long time. Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C, chromium and folate. It is a good source of dietary fiber, and minerals like manganese, phosphorus, potassium, copper, etc.

1 large broccoli
some French beans
some fresh leaves of cabbage
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 small ginger
1 bunch coriander leaves
2 tablespoons of Worchester sauce
cheese and olive oil
Methods Of Preparation:
Remove the florets and boil them in salty water for 4-5 minutes to make it soft. Strain the water and keep broccoli florets aside.
Beat eggs in a container. In the time of beating add pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil in the egg. Now peel and dice the carrot. Chop tomato. Crush garlic and grate ginger. Cut onion and remove onion flakes. Chop cabbage and coriander leaves separately. Sleet French beans. Grind black pepper to fine powder. Grate your cheese.
In a pan add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add crushed garlic in it. Stir and fry the garlic. Add onion flakes and grated ginger in the oil and stir continuously. Now add broccoli in the spice scented oil. Stir. Add tomato. Keep stirring and sprinkle some salt over the, the salt will help to melt tomato. Add French beans. Then add carrot and cabbage one by one. Cook it on high heat. Add egg and keep stirring. When eggs are settled down, add chopped coriander leaves in the preparation. Pour some Worcester sauce over them and mix well. Add 1 cup of grated cheese on the preparation. Keep it for a minute on flame and then remove it from oven. Your broccoli is ready. Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper powder over them.
