Ingredients:

4-5 tablespoons of oatmeal
7-8 fresh button mushrooms
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
4-5 French beans
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
cabbage
broccoli
2-3 spring onion
canola oil
pepper corn and butter

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

Wash mushroom properly with lukewarm water. Then cut into small pieces. Make small dice of bell pepper. Make juliennes of onion and mince garlic. Peel and make thin slices of carrot. Chop French beans and cabbage. Chop spring onion. Different vegetables should be kept in a different container. Grind pepper corn.

Step 2

In deep bottom container boil oats in water. Pour that amount of water. That should be absorbed by the oats and there will be no excess water. Remove it from pan and keep aside.

Step 3

Now on a pan pour 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Let it heat. Lower the flame and add chopped mushrooms. Add little amount of salt. Stir well and maintain the lid on for 2-3 minutes to make mushroom soft.

Step 4

After that, add julienne of onion and minced garlic. Stir continuously to fry onion and garlic. Add other vegetables like French beans, carrot, cabbage and spring onion. Fry them on high heat. Stir continuously and cook them for 4-5 minutes on high heat. Remove them from pan.

Step 5

After that, add this mushroom preparation on oats. With the help of a spoon mix everything. In the time of mixing add a dollop of butter in the preparation.

Step 6

Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and serve it hot at breakfast.
