The Yummy And Easy Recipe Of Blueberry Cobbler

There are so many desserts in this world but only few of them make us go wow. Today we have a recipe of a dessert which is simple yet  it awakens your soul. It is sweet, fruity and filled with goodness. We love anything made with blueberries but this one goes next level. The recipe is called Blueberry Cobbler. The cobbler can be made with any fruit but the one made with blueberry is fantastic. You can just gulp down 3 slices of blueberry cobbler with some ice cream. Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 5


Fresh blueberries – 3 cups
White sugar – 3 tbsp
Orange juice – 1/3 cup
All purpose flour – 2/3 cup
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Butter – 1/2 cup
White sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp

Method Of Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F. Preheating the oven is an important step. Do not skip it at any cost.

Step 2

Now take a baking dish. It should be about 8 inches in size and square in shape. In the same baking dish, mix 3 tbsp of sugar, orange juice and blueberries. Make sure the blueberries are fresh. Set it aside. Now take another bowl and mix the flour, salt and baking powder together. Set it aside.

Step 3

Now take another bowl and mix the sugar and butter. Cream it till it gets fluffly and light. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg. Now slowly add the flour mix and stir it till the ingredients get combined. Drop the batter once it is ready on the blueberry mix in the dish. Cover as much as you can the filling in the baking dish. You want it to be covered.

Step 4

Now bake it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. The top should be golden brown and the filling should be sparkly and bubbling. Take it out and cut into slices before you serve it to your guests. You can serve this with some whipped cream and chocolate ganache. You can also serve a slice of blueberry cobbler with some vanilla ice cream. Oh yum!
