Three Mouth Watering And Healthy Recipes Of Egg White Omelet At Home

Today I am going to share some very healthy egg recipes with you. We all love to eat egg. Egg is a very healthy, tasty and delicious food which we can eat daily. Egg had two parts- the yellow part which we called yolk, and the white part. The yellow part is much more tastier than the white part. But the yolk contains fat. So consuming the yolk daily may not be healthy for everybody; especially for aged people. We hardly like to eat the white part as it is not that tasty. But the white part contains high protein which is very essential for our daily diet. We can eat two or three egg white every day. Here I am going to share three egg white recipes which is very tasty and you can eat them daily. So friends, let’s start of making them one by one.

1. Egg White Omelet With Veggies:

This is a very healthy omelet recipe where I will be using vegetables. Using of vegetables will give this omelet an extra taste and also make this more healthy. It can be made very easily and quickly as well. Let’s check how to make this.

Egg White Omelet With Veggies

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

We need some very easily available ingredients to make this healthy recipe.

5 egg white
2 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped green bell pepper
1/2 tsp chopped yellow bell pepper
1 tsp chopped red bell pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 tortilla
2 tsp chopped mushroom
1 tsp crushed black pepper
2 cup fresh tomato salsa
salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

Let’s follow some very simple steps to make this healthy and tasty recipe:

Step 1

Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame. Now add yellow, green and red bell pepper one by one. Saute for a minute. Now add chopped mushroom and onion in to it. Increase the flame. Fry all the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and crushed black pepper.

Step 2

When all the vegetables will become soft, add the white part of the egg in to the vegetables. When the egg will be fried, switch off the flame. Cut the omelet into 1 square inch pieces. Keep it aside

Step 3

Roll the tortilla. Fill the roll with fresh tomato salsa.

Serve this nice healthy and tasty egg white omelet with salsa filled tortilla. You can also serve some saute mushroom, carrot and asparagus with this tasty and yummy omelet.

2. Spinach Omelet:

This recipe is very healthy and tasty. Here I will be using spinach. Spinach contains lot of vitamin A and other vitamins which are very essential for our health. Those who are mom to be, can eat this healthy recipe daily. They will find it very tasty and delicious. Let’s check how to make this:

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

What we would need to make this delicious omelet are:

5 egg white
2 tsp olive oil
2 cup freshly chopped spinach
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

Let’s check the below simple steps to make this:

Step 1

Take 5 egg white in a mixing bowl and beat very well to make them smooth. Add salt and black pepper powder in to it.

Step 2

Add oil in a frying pan. Heat it on medium flame. Add chopped spinach in to it. Add salt. When the spinach will become soft, add sweet corn in to it. Fry for 5 minutes. switch off the flame. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in another frying pan. Add beaten egg white in to it to make omelet. When both side of the omelet will be fried enough, put fried spinach on top of the omelet which we have prepared in step 2. Add grated cheddar cheese on to it. Fold the omelet carefully so that the stuffing doesn’t come out. Serve hot.

3. Egg White Omelet With Saute Mushroom:

This is another very healthy and tasty recipe. Here I will be using mushroom and beans to make this more healthy and tasty. It can be made very easily. Let’s check how to do this.

Egg White Omelet With Saute Mushroom

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Let’s check what we would need to make this delicious recipe:

5 egg white
1 cup diced button mushroom
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste

For Baked Beans:

1/2 cup beans cut in to 1 inch long shape
3 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped green chili
1 tsp olive oil
Salt as per taste

Method Of Preparation:

Let’s check how to prepare this tasty and healthy recipe.

Step 1

Take all the egg white in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder in to it. Now beat the egg white to make it smooth.

Step 2

Heat Oil in a frying pan. Make omelet with the beaten egg white. When the omelet will turn to golden, switch off the flame. Keep the omelet aside.

Step 3

Blanch the diced mushroom in to hot water for 10 minutes. Now add oil in a frying pan. Add all the blanched mushroom in to. Saute for a minute. Add salt, black pepper powder in to it. Fry the mushrooms for about 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Keep it aside.

Step 4

For baked beans, bake all the beans at 150 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Now heat oil in a frying pan. Add baked beans,chopped green chili and onion in to it. Saute for about 2 minutes. Add salt and black pepper in to it.

Step 5

In a platter, put the omelet first. Now put saute mushroom at one side and baked beans at another side. Serve hot.
