1. Sausage Stir Fry:

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Serve: 3

Ingredients:

6 big sausages( non-spicy)
1large onion
1o cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 yellow bell pepper
1green bell pepper
7-8 black pepper corn
1 tablespoon butter
salt and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Methods Of Preparation

Step 1

Cut each sausage into equal 3or 4 pieces.

Step 2

Dice carrot finely. Slice onion and mince garlic. Slice zucchini. Dice both yellow and green bell pepper.

Step 3

Grind pepper corn finely.

Step 4

Now place a pan on oven. Heat it. Add vegetable oil and butter on it. Let them heat slightly. Add sausages on pan. Stir constantly to fry them on moderate heat. When they are almost fried, add onion and garlic and keep stirring. After one or two minutes add carrot and zucchini. Now keep the flame high and stir them. Atlast add bell peppers and stir them on high heat. Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and remove them from oven.

Remove them from pan and serve it hot with hot bread.

2. Gravy Sausage:

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Serve: 3

Ingredients:

6 sausages
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
a small piece of ginger
Worchester sauce
corn flour
black pepper
salt
butter
olive oil.

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

Pricks sausages with a fork and keep them aside.

Step 2

Grind onion, garlic and ginger to paste.

Step 3

Grind black pepper to fine powder. Chop fresh coriander leaves.

Step 4

Mix 2 tablespoons corn flour in plain water and keep them aside.

Step 5

Heat a pan and add butter and olive oil. Heat them slightly and add pricked sausages. Fry them lightly on a low flame. Remove them from pan. Add onion garlic and ginger paste in the remaining oil. Keep stirring to fry them. Then add little amount of water and boil it. At last add the sausages and then add corn flour. Add a tablespoon Worchester sauce and cook them for further 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring. Then remove it from oven.

Step 6

Sprinkle some black pepper powder on it and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with steamed rice.
