1. Chili Prawn:

Ingredients:

6 moderate size prawns
one lemon
3 green chilies
2 tablespoons black soy sauce
1 onion
6 cloves of garlic
1 bell pepper
black pepper
salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons corn flour
vegetables oil

Methods Of Preparation:

Step 1

De-shell and de-vein prawns. Wash them properly. Strain the water. Squeeze one lemon and sprinkle some salt over them. Rub softly and keep them aside for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

Grind onion and garlic to paste.

Step 3

Chop green chilies and eliminate seeds. Dice bell pepper.

Step 4

Dilute corn flour in water.

Step 5

Beat one egg properly in a container.

Step 6

Take one pan and add 2-3 tablespoon vegetable oil. Heat the oil. Now, take one prawn, dip it in the beaten egg and place them on hot oil. Fry them till golden brown. Remove them from oil and keep them aside. In the remaining oil add onion and garlic paste. Add chopped green chili also. Fry them properly. Add fried prawn in it and pour the diluted corn flour. After adding corn flour, keep stirring to avoid getting stuck. Add salt to taste. Add black soy sauce and bell pepper. Stir to mix everything. Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and remove it from oven.

Ingredients:

6 prawns
1 lemon
10 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 orange
2 tomatoes
10-12 spinach leaves
3-4 lettuce leaves
black pepper
1 red chili
olive oil
butter and salt

Step 1

Remove shell and vein of the prawn. Wash properly and marinate them with lime juice and salt for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2

Grind tomato, red chili and garlic to paste in a grinder.

Step 3

Peel onion and remove its flakes. Tear lettuce and spinach bluntly. Peel and cut orange into pieces.

Grate a good amount of cheese and keep them aside

Heat a pan and melt 2 tablespoons butter in it. Add prawns and fry them on a low flame for 5-6 minutes. Remove them from pan and add 1tablespoon olive oil in it. Add the tomato-garlic-chili paste in the oil. Keep stirring for 5-6 minutes. Your sauce is ready.

On a baking tray add prawn. Then add other vegetables and fruits. Pour the sauce. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil on it. Sprinkle black pepper on it and cover the whole thing with the thick layer of cheese. Now place the tray in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes in 180 degrees. Your cheesy prawn is ready.

Ingredients:

6 moderate size prawns
1 lemon
salt
1 egg
oatmeal
milk
canola oil

Methods of Preparation:

Step 1

De-shell and devein prawns. Wash properly and marinate them in lemon juice and salt.

Step 2

Grind oatmeal and mix it with milk to thin paste.

Step 3

Beat one egg properly. Add salt at the time of the beating.

Step 4

Heat a good amount of canola oil in a deep bottom pan. Dip your prawn first in egg and then in the batter of oat. Place them on hot oil and fry them on a low flame till golden brown. Low flame helps to make your prawn crispy.
