Ingredients:

1 broccoli
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
5-6 French Beans
5-6 fresh cabbage leaves
1 onion
7-8 cloves of garlic
black pepper
canola oil and butter

Preparation:

Cut broccoli into small florets. Peel and slice carrot thinly. Cut French beans in 1 inch long and slit them. Cut bell pepper in cubes. Tear cabbage bluntly. Cut onion and eliminate its flakes. Mince garlic. Grind black pepper into a fine powder.

Cooking:

Step 1

Pour 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a pan. Add minced garlic in it. Stir continuously for a minute to fry the garlic. Add broccoli and beans in the oil and stir for a minute. Keep the lid on for 2-3 minutes and keep the flame low. It will help broccoli and beans to get soft. After that, add carrot, onion, bell pepper and cabbage.

Add salt to taste. Keep stirring on high heat till the vegetables become tender. After that remove it from heat and add some butter on it. Mix well. Serve it hot and in the time of serving just sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on it. This tasty preparation goes well with bread at breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 broccoli
2 chicken breasts
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
little amount of ginger
olive oil
salt
green chili
coriander leaves

Preparation:

Cut broccoli into florets. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and boil it in salty water till they become tender. Keep them apart. Freeze tomato fully and throw them in boiling water straight from the refrigerator. It will burst. Now remove the skin. After that, grind the tomato in the grinder to make the smooth tomato puree. Grind onion, garlic and ginger to paste and keep them aside. Slit green chili and chop fresh coriander leaves.

Cooking:

Step 1

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the onion, garlic and ginger paste in the oil. Stir to fry them. Add broccoli and sprinkle some salt over them. Stir for sometime on low flame so that the broccoli gets tender.

Step 2

Now pour the boiled chicken with the gravy. Add tomato puree also. Keep cooking till the gravy thickens. After that, remove it from oven garnish it with green chili and chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with steamed rice.

Ingredients:

1 broccoli
3 large potatoes
red chilli flakes
olive oil
oregano
salt
cheese

Preparation:

Cut broccoli into small florets. Boil potato, remove the jacket and cut them into cubes. Grate cheese and keep 1 cup grated cheese apart.

Cooking:

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in pan. Add broccoli and sprinkle some salt over it. Cook it for sometimes. After that add boiled potato and keep stirring. Sprinkle red chili flakes, oregano and grated cheese on it.

Step 2

Stir to mix everything and remove it from oven. Serve it with bread. Serve it hot with bread.
