1. Sweet Semolina:

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

½ cup semolina
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter oil
3-4 green cardamom
1 bay leaf
8-10 cashew nuts
10-12 almonds and 14- 15 raisins
½ cup sugar

Preparation:

Fry semolina on a dry pan till they become slightly red. Remove them from pan and keep them aside. Grind sugar and green cardamom in a grinder to fine powder. Soak dry cashew nuts, almonds and raisin in water for sometime to get soft and then chop them finely.

Cooking:

Step 1

Heat butter oil on a pan. Add bay leaves in the melted butter oil. Add semolina on it. Stir for sometimes to fry them in butter oil. Now add the milk on it. Mix well and cook, it on low flame for 3-4 minutes keeping the lid on. It will help semolina to get soft.

Step 2

Now remove the lid. Add sugar and chopped dry fruits on semolina. Stir continuously to mix everything and remove it from the oven. Serve it as dessert after the diner.

Ingredients:

1 cup semolina
1 carrot
5-6 French beans
1 bell pepper
1 onion
mustard seeds
whole dry red chili – 2
vegetables oil
salt

Preparation:

Fry semolina on a dry pan till they turn red. Keep them aside. Peel carrot and chop them finely. Chop French beans, onion and bell pepper.

Cooking:

Step 1

Add 2-3 tablespoons vegetables oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and red chili in the oil. Let them pop. After that, add vegetables in the oil. Stir continuously on low flame to fry vegetables. When they are properly fried add roasted semolina in the vegetables.

Step 2

Mix everything. Add salt to taste and the required amount of water to make semolina soft. Stir continuously on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle some black pepper powder on it and serve it hot at your breakfast.

Ingredients:

Semolina 1 cup
sour yogurt 1 cup
2 green chilies
1 red tomato
1 bunch fresh coriander leaf
1 egg
salt
vegetable oil

Preparation:

Soak raw semolina in yogurt overnight to get soft. Next morning add them in a grinder. Break one egg in it and add salt to it. Grind everything to a smooth paste. Chop green chili, tomato and coriander leaves. Add chopped vegetables in it semolina paste and mix everything with the help of a spoon.

Cooking:

Sprinkle some oil on a non stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable mixed semolina paste. Spread it on pan and keep the lid on. Fry them on low flame for a minute. Change the side and fry them like omlette. Serve this yummy food at your breakfast.
