Today I am going to share to very different style breakfast recipes with you. These are Crab Omelet and Fried crab. Both of the dishes are ideal for breakfast. When you get bored by eating the same sandwich or corn flex as your breakfast, try this. Surely you will love it. These two dishes are very tasty and easy to cook as well. All you need to have is crab. Now a days crabs are very easily available at any departmental store. They are well processed so you will not have to take the pain of removing its skin and other parts. Crab, like other sea food, is full with amino acid and omega three. They are tasty and healthy as well. Let’s start of making these two different tasted crab dish today.

1. Fried Crab:
This is a very delicious and easily made crab dish. You can have this as your breakfast or as a snack dish as well. This will go just perfect with any hot beverages or even with a chilled beer. I am sure this dish will change your mood just within a minute. Let’s check how to make this.
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
200 grams of processed crab ( available at almost every departmental store)
1 tsp of cumin powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of red paprika powder
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of ginger paste
1/2 tsp of garlic paste
salt as per taste
2 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp freshly chopped parsley leaves
Method of Preparation:
Wash the crab very well. Now marinate it with paprika powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder and lemon juice for 20 minutes. Do not use salt then. Otherwise it will start removing water.
After 20 minutes, mix salt with the marinated crab and keep it aside for another 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Now put all the marinated crab in to it. Increase the flame. Put some more oil if required. When the crab will change its color to golden, switch off the flame. Sprinkle some chopped parsley over it.
Our first preparation Fried Crab is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
2. Crab Omelet:
Our next recipe is crab omelet. This is another tasty and delicious dish. The different kind of taste will surely make you love this dish. We have tried several types of omelet. But I am sure people hardly have tried this different of crab omelet. So friends, let’s check how to make this tasty dish.
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
2 medium size crab
2 tsp of chopped onion
1 tsp of chopped green chili
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp of freshly chopped cilantro or parsley whichever is available to you
salt as per taste
2-3 tsp of olive oil
Method of Preparation:
Wash the crab very well. Now boil them in a pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. After that take them out from the cooker and allow them to be cooled down. Break it’s shell and take the soft flesh from it.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onion in it. Fry them for about 1-2 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste in it. Fry them till the raw smell of garlic goes off. Now add chopped green chili, salt and the crab flesh in it. Fry them on a high flame. When the crab will become fried enough, switch off the flame. Keep it aside.
Again heat some oil in a frying pan. Beat two eggs and pour them over the frying pan. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro or some parsley over it. When the omelet will start turning its color to red, put the crab that we have prepared at step 2. Stuff the omelet with this crab flesh stuffing. Now roll the omelet. Sprinkle some black pepper powder over the omelet.
Our Crab Omelet is ready to serve. You can add some cheese along with the crab stuff of the omelet. That will make the recipe even tastier. Serve this hot crab omelet with french loaf or you can have it simply as your breakfast.
