Bread Slice 4
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Cabbage ¼ th part
Chicken 250 gm (chopped)
Butter 2 tbsp
Olive oil as required
Black pepper powder
Salt as per taste.
In this step we will prepare the chicken. Clean the chicken properly with Luke warm water. Then take a deep pan and fill it with 500 ml of water. Add a pinch of salt in it and then allow it to boil.
When the water starts boiling add the chicken pieces in the water and cook it until the chicken goes soft. When it is done strain the excess water to separate the chicken from the water. Keep it aside to use it in the later part of this recipe.
Then cut the cabbage in thin stripes in lengthwise direction. Also chop the garlic finely. Keep them aside. Now take the bread slices and cut them into small pieces with a knife.
Now cut all the other vegetables specified in the ingredients section into small pieces so that they get cooked quickly. Clean them properly with water.
