Yummy Recipe For Chinese Pork Fried Rice

You need a good recipe and some Chinese ingredients that are easy to find at a store near you. Recipe For Chinese Pork Fried Rice

Preparation Time : 10 Minutes
Cooking Time : 15 Minutes
Serves : 4-6

Ingredients :

Honey – 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Hot water – 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Cooked Jasmine rice – 3 cups
Medium onion – diced
White pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Chinese BBQ Pork or Cha Siu – 1 pound (cut into chunks of 1/2 inch)
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Scrambled egg of 2 eggs
Bean spouts – 1/2 cup
2 Scallions – chopped

Method :

Step 1

Take a small bowl and combine hot water, sesame oil honey, soy sauce, white pepper and dark soy sauce. This sauce will be added to the jasmine rice. It is better to make the sauce before you start cooking.

Step 2

You have to use a wok but in case you do not have it, you can use a large skillet too. Add one teaspoon of oil to the wok or skillet and saute the onions. You do not need to burn the onion. You need to get it translucent.

Step 3

Stir the roasted pork in the skillet once the onions are translucent.

Step 4

Add the cooked rice and mix well. When you cook the rice, make sure you put oil in it so that it does not stick to each other. Once you add the cooked rice into the skillet, mix it well and add the sauce that you made in the beginning.

Step 5

Add salt to the rice and combine the sauce. Use scooping motion so that all ingredients get combined.

Step 6

Add the scallions, scrambled eggs and mix sprouts into the skillet. Mix well and let it cook for two minutes.

Step 7

Serve it hot with hot sauce. It tastes amazing! Your dish is ready to serve.
