Tilapia fillets – 4
Salt to taste
Cajun seasoning – 1 tbsp
Lemon – 1 sliced thinly
Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
Sour cream – 1/2 cup
Garlic powder – 1/8 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Fresh dill – 2 tbsp
Method Of Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a baking dish lightly. Season the fillets of tilapia with pepper, Cajun seasoning and salt. Season both the sides.
Arrange the seasoned Tilapia on the baking dish in a single layer. Make sure there is enough seasoning on both sides. The seasoning will elevate the fish to a next level dish.
Place the lemon slices on the fish fillets. Place two slices of lemon on each fillet. You need to cover the entire tray with lemon slices on top of the fish.
